My name is SolÄnge, I am a child of God and a person of worth. It took many years to truly believe that last statement. I am a recovering people pleaser that grew up in extreme dysfunction and denial. Today, by God’s will I am sharing with the world the birth of NoFormula4Love.
The name NoFormula4Love came to me one day when writing and meditating. I have been searching everywhere to be happy joyous and free by any means necessary. Men,family, church, self help books,therapy, and anything that would make me feel good. Then I realized to get where I am going there is No Formula and the main desire and goal I had was Love and today I can say I have found it in me.
I had to do alot of digging and repairing. I take it one day at a time, I have learned that I am as sick as my secrets so I am here to hang out my laundry. I found out I couldn’t recover in isolation so I got a mentor. It was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.
Enough about me, what about you? Do you want to be made well? Do you want to get all that God has in store for you? Do you want to do the work? Its not going to be easy but I believe it will be worth it. Like you are.
